Even so, mass producing any livestock comes with some level of risk. Even the authors of the FAO report acknowledge the need for more research in determining potential risks which is exactly a main focus for us. We conduct research and development in our labs in Oaxaca, Mexico, where the where the culture for entomology is well developed.
